Personal data is processed on this website in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation [DSGVO – Datenschutz-Grundverordnung] and German Federal Data Protection Act [BDSG – Bundesdatenschutzgesetz].
We use external service providers to edit this website and to process electronic data. These service providers are required to comply with data protection regulations to the same extent as we do and guarantee data in connection with the online service is handled dependably and securely. This website is hosted on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany. Data is stored separately from other applications.
We use technical and organisational security measures to protect your data managed by us from manipulation, loss, destruction and from access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
Access data
You can generally visit this website without revealing your identity. To protect our data processing systems from attacks, however, we log access for a limited period. This server access data is used exclusively to safeguard technical operation and is not used for any other purpose. We consult these log files only in the event of technical problems and where the data stored in these may help to resolve these.
Access data is stored exclusively in anonymous form on the online service itself. This may include for example the name of your internet service provider, the website from which you accessed our service, or the subpages that you navigate to on our website. This information does not enable us to identity you and is stored exclusively for the purposes of the statistical evaluation of access figures and for improving the website.

The personal data collected will be processed by us exclusively for the purposes of operating and improving this website and for providing the services requested by you. It will not be passed on to third parties or used for other purposes. Your personal data will be deleted or blocked by us as soon as the purpose of its storage no longer applies, provided that its deletion does not conflict with a statutory retention period.

Data collection for orders
Personal data collected by us will be passed on to the shipping company charged with delivery within the scope of contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the supply of goods. We will pass on your payment details to the mandated financial institution as part of the payment process, if this is necessary for the processing of payments. If payment service providers are used, this will be explicitly indicated. The legal basis for the transfer of data is Art. 6 Para. 1 Lit. b GDPR.
Use of cookies
This online service uses “session cookies”. Use of SoundCloud plug-ins
We use the provider SoundCloud for the integration of audio material. SoundCloud is operated by SoundCloud Limited based at 33 St James Square, London SW1Y 4JS, UK. We use plug-ins from the provider SoundCloud on some of our web pages. When accessing pages on our website with plug-in present, a connection is made to SoundCloud servers and the plug-in is shown. This will tell the SoundCloud server which of our web pages you have visited. If you are logged in as a member of SoundCloud, SoundCloud may allocate this information to your personal user account. I understand that the respective provider receives personally identifiable information (in particular communication metadata) that is also processed on servers located outside of the EU (such as in the United States) where an adequate level of privacy cannot be guaranteed. To provide this service, technical service provider MessengerPeople GmbH, Herzog-Heinrich-Str. 9, 80336 Munich, Germany is used as the Sender’s contracted data processor.

Newsletter
You can subscribe to a newsletter or information via e-mail on our website. The data entered when you register for the newsletter will only be used for the purpose of sending the newsletter, unless you have agreed to another form of use.
In order to send our newsletter, we use the CleverReach e-mail dispatch system, which is operated by CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Rastede, Germany. For this purpose, your data will also be stored by CleverReach. CleverReach offers evaluation options as to how the newsletter is opened and used. Your data will not be forwarded to another third party in order to receive the newsletter, and CleverReach will not receive the right to forward your data.
