Hari Sue performs her winning song "Qui s'élèvera?" with the support of song contest patron Albert N'sanda, who also features in the song.
The video opens with a shot of Hari Sue from behind, pushing a black bicycle across a green field towards a forest. She is wearing a white shirt and dark cycling shorts. White lettering appears in the middle of the video clip: "Hari Sue feat. Albert N'sanda".
Then you briefly see Albert N'sanda standing in front of a white wall on which the lyrics of the song written in red letters. He is wearing a black hat, a light brown leather jacket over a white shirt with a blue jumper. He looks into the camera.
You can see white lettering again with the title of the song: "Qui s'élèvera?" (translated: Who will rise up?) Hari Sue pushes the bicycle from right to left along a path through a meadow. A town can be seen on the horizon. The writing slowly disappears.
Change to Albert N'sanda in front of the wall singing: Qui s'élèvera? (Who will rise up?).
You see Hari Sue again, standing on the grass with her bicycle next to her and turning to face the camera. She rides her bicycle along a road in the forest towards the camera and raps.

The fast-forward ends with the scene from the beginning: Hari Sue is standing on the meadow outside the town. The bicycle stands next to her and she is looking into the distance. As soon as Hari Sue rides along the lettering, the letters gradually disappear.
